The Vice President, Global Marketing will lead and hold primary responsibility to develop strategic and tactical marketing plans that will drive global brand recognition, and generate opportunities and results for sales and recruiting. The role owns the development of marketing strategies to drive growth and differentiate RQM+ in the marketplace. Prepares and executes multi-channel, globally focused, marketing strategies in support of accelerating sales and recruitment. Engages strategically with RQM+ subject matter experts, business development team, talent acquisition team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, to properly position the RQM+ brand.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating a comprehensive global market strategy that includes tactical action plans to help grow current markets and penetrate new regions addressing RQM+ short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, agency partnerships, and public relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposure in local, national, and global markets.
• Identifies and develops marketing plans in support of business expansion (new services).
• Directs the marketing function to ensure efficiency, quality, optimization, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Directs and grows the marketing team, ensuring the optimal team structure, key outsourced partnership relationships, and strategy to meet business objectives, as well as training and development for team members.
• Builds and maintains strategic relationships within the medical device and diagnostics industries, professional organizations, and external industry experts.
• Researches and stays current with anticipated market changes and sets plans for RQM+ to quickly respond to new developments and trends in the industry.
• Manages the annual marketing budget, organizes the department’s various activities, and measures efforts to ensure maximum ROI.
• Reviews changes in the marketplace and recommends marketing strategy to all the RQM+ leaders.
• Evaluates, selects and maintains proper relationships with external partners in order to develop impactful long-term relationships and partnerships.
• Undertakes special projects as assigned and able to make recommendations to ensure appropriate departmental support.

Requirements

• Bachelor level degree in marketing or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive global marketing experience within the Medical Device, Diagnostic, or other related healthcare markets, required.
• Experience leading and managing partner relationship programs within the services market, preferred.
• Successfully developed and executed diverse marketing strategies globally, including brand development, content development, advertising, trade shows, sales enablement, and recruitment support.
