We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst that will understand all the company’s processes, and work with the business areas to define and implement improvement opportunities with the objective of executing tasks in the most efficient way to join the team.

This role will collaborate with the process analysts from other areas to make sure that the cross-functional collaboration is achieved and touchpoints are done smoothly. He/she would also become the point of reference for the business processes and methodologies.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

  • Understand the high-level global operation of the company, its main processes, tools, metrics, teams, and methodology.
  • Understand the current operations of the business area assigned, its challenges, teams, tools, partners, main activities, and internal customers.
  • Understand current initiatives: as-is process, challenges, goals of the initiative, business concerns, impact, and business KPIs.
  • Take ownership of at least 3 process improvement initiatives and lead the implementation of improvements, proactively contacting the SMEs, organizing the projects according to the methodology, defining related metrics, and moderating the meetings.
  • Become a point of reference for the business area processes advising the leaders on scalable solutions to their business process thinking ahead of the company’s growth and strategic roadmap.
  • Report progress of improvements implemented for all processes analyzed and their impact, both qualitative and quantitative, to management.
  • Define KPIs and control points of all the processes defined, collaborating with BI, Data Science, and/or IT when needed.
  • Collaborate with the other process analysts in cross-functional processes to make sure that they run smoothly across the different teams.
  • Passionate about analyzing business processes, process optimization, and digitalization.
  • Generate and maintain process flowcharts and documentation, available for the company’s areas.
  • Analyze requirements to solve complex business problems through technologies and systems. Research and development of new technological tools.

Experience/ Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role.
  • Previous experience with fulfillment centers & Operation areas.
  • Experience in E-commerce and or Retail is a must.
  • Upper-intermediate spoke and written English is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong experience analyzing and improving cross-functional business processes.
  • Experience creating process flows and documentation.
  • Experience defining KPIs and Dashboards is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM, Project Management, Design Thinking, and Digital transformation desired is a plus.
