About HeliosX
HeliosX is a group of HealthTech start-ups, with fast-growing operations in the UK and USA. We are dedicated to improving the quality, accessibility, and affordability of healthcare for all, and we’re doing this through a market-disrupting combination of technology, science and excellent clinical care. Our brands include Dermatica (personalised prescription skincare), MedExpress, ZipHealth and RocketRx.
The Role
At HeliosX we’re constantly looking to improve the performance of our marketing campaigns through a deep understanding of customer lifetime value, acquisition costs, and campaign performance analyses. We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Data Analyst with experience working closely with Customer Acquisition and Brand Teams, to do deep dives into our marketing data to help improve LTV/CAC across our brands, channels, and products. Within a growing team of Data Engineers and Analysts, you will be joining the Analytics team at an important phase in HeliosX’s growth, with lots of influence over how the function delivers value for the business.
This role reports directly to the Head of Analytics and can be offered as a fully remote working position (though the successful candidate must be based in the UK).
- Partner with Growth/Marketing teams to build insights on customer LTV, CAC, and campaign performance.
- Design, run, and evaluate the results of A/B tests, experiments, and new channel launches.
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
- Deep dive into historic marketing performance data to highlight opportunities for growth or further analysis.
- Present insights to key stakeholders throughout the business, with a focus on actionable recommendations and impact.
- Help Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams create data structures that will support your analysis goals.
- Use data to help define and iterate our overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Prior professional experience as a data analyst, delivering actionable insight in a data-driven environment.
- Strong ability to bring quantitative data to life, pulling insights together to deliver a coherent story that resonates with stakeholders.
- High level of data literacy, with advanced SQL and Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and campaign performance data (knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools a requirement).
- Experience in customer-centric analyses with an understanding of LTV and churn modelling.
- Experience building dashboards and data visualisations in tools like Metabase, Tableau, or PowerBI.
Benefits
HeliosX is headquartered in London, with offices in Florida. Thanks to our hybrid and remote working options, we also have over 160 people based in 15 different countries throughout the world. We are a diverse team of engineers, scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, pharmacists, marketeers, and customer care specialists committed to our goal of improving the quality, accessibility, and affordability of healthcare for all.
Aside from working with our all-star team, here are a few other reasons you should consider applying to join HeliosX:
