Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining solutions for Chuco’s customers. Primary duties will revolve around integrations with the Tanium core platform and its various modules. Working alongside Chuco Tanium Consultants you will be responsible for planning, development, test, and support of all aspects of both custom and vendor-provided solutions.


Must Have

  • 4+ Years of ServiceNow development experience
  • 4+ Years of JavaScript and related web technologies
  • Full stack (client- and server-side) understanding of application development
  • Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud
  • Background with REST API and GraphQL
  • Proven experience with implementingServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows to meet business requirements
  • Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Pages, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes
  • Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation
  • Collaborate closely with vendors, customers, and internal staff
  • At least two ServiceNow Certifications – Application Developer and System Administrator preferred
  • Experience with Agile or other software development methodologies
  • Create scoped applications to solve specific business needs

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the Tanium platform
  • Endpoint management experience including patching, software distribution, and asset management
  • Other scripting languages including PowerShell, VBScript, Python, Linux Shell scripting

  • Base compensation commensurate with certification and experience
