To solve this need, we take over our clients’ accounting operations by pairing our people with our technology platform that unifies financial data, workflow, and communications. The Decimal platform helps automate large chunks of repetitive manual processes and manages the completion of work that can’t be automated.

What you’ll do

  • Connect with prospects by outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various multi-channel touch points.

  • Personalized messaging to targeted industries with activities split between email, cold calls, video, social, and other innovative activities to increase the best chance of success. 

  • Research, educate and qualify organizations to see how Decimal could be helpful to them.

  • Fearlessly ask tough, business impact questions

  • Maintain organized records in Salesforce while leveraging ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn for your work

  • Share input with the team to maximize success

  • Consistently be able to hit weekly KPIs and monthly quotas 


  • At least 6+ months of sales experience 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extremely comfortable with speaking on the phone (i.e. cold calling is not dead!) 

  • Curious life-long learner wanting to accelerate their career

  • Self-starter who combines a high level of creativity with nonstop drive to get things done and can work independently in a remote environment

  • Competitive and helpful at the same time — you’re driven by winning and you’ll break your back to help a teammate do the same

  • Highly organized, personable and coachable
