Requirements

As a mid-level engineer you’ll need to possess at least most of the following skills…

The Technical Skills You’ll Need on a Daily Basis:

• Know your way around Git and won’t break the master branch
• Are comfortable on the command line as you’ll be using it a lot
• Experience developing high volume web applications using PHP and Laravel Framework
• Experience with external integration concepts like SSO, Rest APIs, Tokenized Authentication
• Experience with VueJS 2 and Vuex
• We love unit testing and so should you
• Experience with website tools like Object Cache, Queues, Browser State, etc.

What We’ll Expect From You:

• Take new features from concept to deployment with full ownership
• Work with lead and senior engineers to ensure code quality and standards are kept
• Work with product managers to determine size and scope of work and meet the agreed upon deliverables

• You’re able to mentor others on patterns and best practices
• You’ll mentor junior engineers on the team
• Collaborate with the management team and product managers on what is going to be built and then explain the solution to mid-level and junior engineers so they can work on solving parts of the problem
