As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will help strategize, plan, and create written, video, and digital content for our marketing campaigns. You will own the content calendar and lead content creation to educate the market, drive demand, grow site traffic, and build authority for the company’s website, products, and services through blogs, eBooks, videos, customer research, website pages, and more.

You will work across departments to build a content strategy based on our product roadmap, market insights, customer journey, and our target customer persona’s pain points. You will be responsible for a content marketing strategy that will strengthen our brand and product differentiation.

For this role, you are a creative and quantitative thinker and can multitask through multiple priorities. You will be measured on content that drives site traffic, conversions to qualified leads and metrics that tie to corporate growth goals. To be successful, you will already have 2+ years of experience in content development for B2B or SaaS companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce content to increase brand awareness and feature adoption including blogs, press releases, guest blogs, eBooks, emails, videos, reels, industry reports, newsletters, infographics, landing pages and more
  • Own the content calendar, managing multiple projects and deadlines through organization and ruthless prioritization
  • Perform keyword research to optimize all content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Monitor and evaluate search performance across major search channels and identify strategies to improve organic search results
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor content strategies to establish ReturnLogic’s positioning
  • Develop and execute a strategy for content development in line with SEO and overall business goals
  • Support the sales, growth, and success teams by producing supplemental content for larger campaigns and releases
  • Track content performance identifying inbound traffic opportunities to maximize content exposure and indexation
  • Work with the data and product teams to find and analyze original research to leverage content as a strategy for backlinks and establishing thought leadership
  • Own content planning, creation, and reporting for all ReturnLogic social media channels
  • Build brand awareness by building a social following of our target audience
  • Research industry publications, platforms, and channels for targeting key customer personas and thought leaders
  • Maintain a list of key industry publications, trusted partner relationships, and contacts to foster future growth
  • Be a brand ambassador, owning initiatives to drive awareness around ReturnLogic’s culture and assisting in employer recruitment strategies
  • Present updates on content strategy and results at team marketing meetings and company all-hands meetings

Requirements

  • Background in content creation and copywriting
  • 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in SaaS environment
  • Experience in market analysis and summarizing technical details into customer benefits
  • Experience with WordPress, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube
  • Experience with web analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, AdRoll, SEM Rush)
  • Full stack marketing understanding, majors in either marketing communications or demand generation (ABM) would give you a huge edge
  • Experience with HubSpot, customer funnels and digital marketing across the entire customer lifecycle
  • A right and left-brained thinker; you are as comfortable with a technical piece of content as you are creative brand work
  • Demonstrated experience with content attribution; thriving in an outcome focused environment
  • Passionate and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, you love to write and thrive on camera, as well as behind the scenes
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail

Salary Range:

  • $60,000 to $70,000
