Job Description

As Brand Experience Director, your mission is to create a 360° brand experience, centered on our Users/Customers, that is excellent and consistent enough to provide their full satisfaction.
Unleash the power of each of our brands (Somfy, Simu, BFT, Overkiz) and leverage synergies.

Your main activities:

  • Lead and manage the deployment of our  brands, with all their assets : storytelling, content, digital, UX, UI, design, user guide and support. Translate brand strategy guidelines into execution of brand experiences – Build the roadmap for convergence and a network between our brands (Brand Experience Community).
  • Push storytelling from the start in each project and coordinate a 360° creation of branding materials and define the communication tools to be developped for each offer, across all global customer touchpoints and deploy with Sales counterparts.
  • Drive the excellence of the function (user focus, consistency) & Define the KPI to measure the perf. & User satisfaction.

  • Strong experience in a similar position (10-15 years);
