Job Description

Job Overview: 

Responsible for specific client(s) client satisfaction in the management, coordination and delivery of marketing programs and related assignments as directed by the client and Group Account Director (GAD). Assist the GAD in expanding services and solutions to the client(s) that will drive agency growth through the extended values provided by the agency’s multiple service lines. .

Responsibilities : 

Client Management/Satisfaction

  • Ensure effective day-to-day communications with the client to build/maintain client relationships in the delivery of agency solutions
  • Conduct Weekly Status Meeting with the agency team and the client to discuss/change areas of focus to improve relationship and service quality challenges

Strategic Stewardship

  • Ensure that the agency team adheres to strategic direction as set by the agency and client
  • Manage oversight of the service delivery process on all client support needs. Ensure that integrated multi-channel strategies are experienced for all stakeholder audiences
  • Leverage agency service line capabilities and partnerships to provide strategic direction for the client


  • Manage day-to-day service delivery commitments as defined in the client service level standardsl
  • Use agency collaboration systems with discipline leadership to ensure that projects meet client expectations
  • Ensure that service delivery issues are properly documented and escalated immediately and properly solved by/with the agency team and client as appropriate

Team Management/Leadership

  • Manage day-to-day service delivery priorities to meet client satisfaction requirements
  • Create and build a culture of esprit de corps as a team and with individuals to achieve service excellence

Financial Management

  • Achieve client level P&L targets for topline revenue and profitability across projects
  • Create, maintain and update accurate ongoing forecasts for the client overall, campaigns and project level work


  • Contribute to expanding agency’s services & solutions footprint in coordination with the GAD
  • Achieve quarterly and annual growth targets for respective client(s) (organic and net/new)

  • Excellent skills in developing and mentoring team leadership
  • Experienced presenter and communicator both orally and in writing
  • Experienced self-starter with highly effective time management and organization skills
  • Seasoned professional in listening, problem resolution and negotiation skills
  • Effective and personable demonstrating passion, objectivity and poise under pressure

Professional Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience in advertising or marketing communications (agency or client side)
  • Strong understanding of, and capable performer in key marketing disciplines, with experience in financial management, HR management, process management/operations
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking and planning preferred
