What will you be doing?
Help in defining inFeedo’s design language.
Always advocate for the users.
Collaborate with Product Managers, People Scientists and Engineers to drive features from research to implementation.
Find opportunities for improving customer experience and propose new features/solutions and validate assumptions through research and data.
Help in elevating the design standards across the organisation– either by contributing to our design system, fixing existing usability issues, or by proposing process improvements.
Review product analytics to derive behavioural insights for adoption, growth and user engagement.
Who will you work with?
Ashrith, Varun, Aditya, Richard, Prerna, Yash, Jyotsna and of course the rest of the jovial inFeedo team.
Is this you?
2-4 years of demonstrated experience in UX Design.
A design portfolio demonstrating excellent problem-solving, interaction design, and visual design skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation).
Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, etc.
Ability to innovate and think outside the box.
Experience in B2B SaaS interfaces is strongly preferred but not required.
Bonus points: Experience in Design Systems.
Nice to have: Skilled in illustration and/or motion design.
