Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven team mate who comes with high energy and positive approach. This role is for those you can steer through various conversations and build relationships which culminate in meetings.

Designation: Associate Consultant l

Responsibilities

• Connecting with potential and existing customers to offer them about our services- cold calls, emails, networking etc.
• Assist sales team in qualifying potential customers.
• Identify the customer’s needs & pitch them for demos.
• Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in timely manner.
• Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of Experience in pre-sales, tele calling
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Articulative and impactful communicator
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills ï‚· Exposure in Go to market strategies would be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

Shift:

• Rotational shift
