This person is responsible for technology planning, estimation, and providing day-to-day technical leadership across a spectrum of capabilities in the pharmacy area.
This person works with technology & business teams, and relevant cross functional representatives to ensure initiatives adhere to and deliver within the XP / Scrum / Waterfall delivery model
All solutions and capabilities are to be built with a high degree of quality together with an robust security-first mindset
This person is expected to work with XP / Scrum / Agile development teams with representatives from multiple cross-functional areas: Product, Development, UX, QA, etc. and own/influence overall engineering capabilities in his/her assigned area of responsibility
This person is responsible for establishing and nurturing critical relationships with engineering and product stakeholders and work/deliver in a team-first and collaborative manner
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in Application development or related and equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience developing applications in Health or Pharmacy domain
- 5+ years experience in Java, Java script, Oracle, PLSQL, Spring, Microservices, PCF Cloud / Azure Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and NodeJS
- 5+ years experience in databases like IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.
- 5+ years experience in writing Sub Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Cursors, Functions and Packages.
- 5+ years experience working in a Scrum/Agile delivery model
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Cobol, VMS, DCL and SOAPUI Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, can do attitude, excellent team player, proactive and results driven.
- Expertise in schema design, developing data models and proven ability to work with complex data is required
- Excellent grasp of integrating multiple data sources into an Enterprise data platform and can lead solution designs
- Ability to understand business user stories and build pragmatic/cost effective solutions using Agile Scrum / XP methodologies
- Participate in waterfall / XP / Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including 2 to 4 week release sprints
- Perform requirements analysis and high quality code development
- Review the code of coworkers and offer constructive feedback
- Design frameworks, libraries, and components that are reusable
- Publish and enforce best practices, configuration recommendations, usage design/patterns, and cookbooks to developer community
- Contribute to Application Deployment Framework (requirements gathering, project planning, etc.)
. Time to Time be a technology lead
- As needed: Design deployment architectures (with features such as high availability, scalability, process isolation, load-balancing, workload scheduling, etc.)
- Experience in Infrastructure Support, Configuration and Release Management.
- Experience working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Extensive Experience with Microservices and web APIs
- Extensive Experience in Implementing Dev ops CI/CD and Jenkins pipelines
Education
Bachelors degree required
