Job Responsibilities:

• The HR Recruiter is responsible for facilitating recruitment to open positions, attract and hire diverse, top talent.
• Partners with assigned departments and other areas of Human Resources to design and implement effective and creative recruitment plans to meet current and future needs.
• Recruitment services are delivered by working closely with hiring managers to understand their business, proactively address their staffing needs, and providing recruitment to meet those needs.
• Individual will align closely with HR Advisor to ensure service line recruitment needs are fulfilled. Implements recruiting tools such as print and electronic media.
• Provides recruitment services in a positive, timely, service oriented, cost efficient and effective manner.
• Positively represents the Mayo brand to candidates and promotes a quality candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or 5 years recruitment experience preferably with one year in a hospital setting.

Additional qualifications

Prefer the following certifications:

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR);
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR);
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR);
• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP);
• Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP);
• Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR);
• Association of Staff Physician Recruiter (ASPR);
• or certifications issued by Human Capital Institute (HCI).
