GTreasury is looking for a Content Manager to lead our content development to drive brand awareness, increase preference for GTreasury, and generate leads. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
The content manager’s responsibilities include determining which formats best communicate various types of content, identifying ways to increase brand awareness, and managing both agency and in-house design, and copywriter. You should also be able to analyze user engagement metrics to determine whether the content is well-received or not. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas. The Content Manager will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Essential Duties:
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Collaborate with marketing (internal) and design teams (agency) to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Create and publish engaging content; including webinar briefs, blog posts, social media ads, and email
Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
Liaise with agency content writers to ensure brand consistency
Optimize content according to SEO
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics – long-term goal
Collaborate with demand generation team on content distribution to online channels and social media manager on platforms to increase web traffic
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
Skills and Experience:
Proven work experience as a Copywriter and Content Manager
Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with social media
Excellent writing skills in English and familiarity with variations in European and Asian English dialects
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with degrees in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field preferred.

Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $115,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
