Your Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Project Manager (Remote) to support the Project Management Office (PMO) team to help drive business growth and ensure consistent execution on key initiatives. The right candidate will have experience in project management best practices with an ability to own business initiatives from conception to completion while orchestrating all the moving parts and required resources. Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and lead/drive projects to completion
• Collaborate effectively with project sponsor and other stakeholders
• Deliver projects using SMART goals
• Budget allocation and monitoring for all projects
• Prepare detailed charter and project plan for all phases of each project
• When necessary, perform thorough research on project subject matter
• Document all relevant information including changes in standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in a planned time frame
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, dependencies and critical path deliverables pe and post deployment for a project
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment activities
• Participate in establishing templates, policies, procedures and workflows
• Communicate project milestones, dependencies, risks and issues to leadership
• Manage ongoing quality control and resolve all quality control issues
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating collaboration and innovation
• Utilize project management tools to assist in analysis and strategy (SWOT analysis, RACI, stakeholder matrix, fishbone diagram, summary risk profile, decision trees, Kanban technique, Gantt charts, FMEA, etc.)
• Coordinate and build relationships with vendors and suppliers

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• BS or BA from a four-year accredited University
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a Project Management role
• Project Management or PMP Certification required
• Previous experience working with project management tools & software preferred
• Presentation skills and ability to breakdown complex ideas into actionable components
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of ownership and comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Solution oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
• Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
• Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
