This position is located at Raleigh Radiology’s Business Support Office location or may be remote.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget and within scope.

The primary functions of the Project Manager are to oversee project from inception to completion using best standards and integrating into internal project management system.

Job Responsibilities:

 Project Management

  • Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
  • Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
  • Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
  • Manage deadlines and guide the team to ensure timeliness
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Must be familiar with PMP philosophy and experienced using project management software- i.e., Monday.com
  • Must be organized, fast-paced, and able to deliver outcomes in challenging situations
  • Must possess emotional intelligence and ability to meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and execute to target.
  • Establish, maintain, and influence program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communication, both internal and external to the organization.
  •  Present data and recommend program improvements to senior leaders.
  • Execute program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) and capture and communicate program status and data to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders
  • Originate and drive Enterprise Project Management continuous improvement activities. Optimize resource allocation of portfolio in partnership with functional leaders across divisions/site.
  • Track overall program progress and provide detailed management status reports and present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
  • Keep sensitive information confidential.
